What we can help with

• More photographs of a specimen. Ask, and we will send extra angles, exact measurements, weight, or a short video in natural light. Because most pieces are one-of-one and all sales are final, we would much rather you saw it properly first.
• An order that has gone wrong. Damaged in transit, wrong item, or not arrived — email us with your order number and photographs and we will sort it.
• Choosing a stone. Tell us what you are working with and we will point you somewhere sensible. No obligation to buy anything.
• Wholesale and events. We appear at markets around Charlotte through the year.

Working with Katie

Healing sessions, sound baths, healing circles and retreats are run through Zen Within Academy, which is the right place for anything about Katie's practice rather than the shop.
