Shipping policy

We ship from Charlotte, North Carolina, to addresses within the United States.

Free shipping over $75

Shipping is free on orders over $75, with one exception noted below. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate, calculated at checkout.

Selenite plates

Selenite plates ship at a flat $7.25 and are not included in the free shipping threshold. They are large, heavy and fragile, and they need their own packaging to arrive intact. If your cart contains a selenite plate you will see that charge at checkout, even if the rest of your order qualifies for free shipping.

Processing time

Almost everything we sell is a one-of-a-kind specimen, so each order is packed by hand rather than pulled from a shelf. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. If yours will take longer, we will email you.

How your order is packed

Crystals are fragile, and points, plates and clusters are more fragile than they look. Every piece is wrapped individually and packed to survive the trip. If a specimen is unusually delicate, we may take an extra day to pack it properly.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. If the tracking email has not arrived within 5 business days, check your spam folder first, then email us.

If your order arrives damaged

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at josh@healingstonebeings.com with your order number and photographs of both the item and the packaging. We will make it right. The photographs of the packaging genuinely help — they tell us whether the damage happened in transit and how to pack that piece better next time.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived, check with your household and neighbours and give it 48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan early. If it still has not turned up, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to an address you supplied we cannot reroute it, and we are not able to replace orders lost to an incorrect address.

We currently ship within the United States only.
